5. Your Privacy Rights
- Access: View your personal information in the app at any time
- Correction: Update or modify inaccurate information
- Deletion: Permanently delete all data through "Delete Account"

6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Upon deletion:
- ✅ Your account information
- ✅ All plant companion data
- ✅ All chat history
- ✅ All uploaded photos
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Deleted data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days
7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at yilin01@icloud.com.
8. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- Chat History: Retained permanently until you delete or close your account
- Usage Logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days
- After Deletion: All data permanently removed within 30 days

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. We ensure:
